EXA Infrastructure are new in the Netherlands, and it appears that the original numbering assigned to Easynet has made it's way to EXA via the acquisition of Easynet by Interroute in 2015 and then the acquisition of Interoute by GTT Communications in 2018.

Cyber defense and resilience MNO, Dust Mobile, have had their range removed in France (3374308xxxx, MOBILE, France). They still have a range listed in Belgium, but their website appears to be down and we expect the Belgium range to be removed soon. The CEO of Dust Mobile has marked that he left the company in August 2024.
Following the acquisition of Spring Mobil AB by Tele2, we finally have seen the last of the Spring Mobile AB name in Sweden and ranges which were assigned to Spring Mobile now have been announced by Tele2.

Videotron in Canada have announced 1263385xxxxx and 1263386xxxxx (Canada +1, MOBILE) to complement 1263380-4. This gives them 7 out of the 10 one-hundred thousand-blocks of 126338xxxxx. Videotron previously had 240 x one-hundred-thousand blocks of MOBILE numbering in Canada, so they have acquired an additional 1% increase in numbering provision.
Still in Canada, Dryden Mobility have announced 1807214xxxx. This complements their one previous range of 1807214xxxx and doubles their effective MOBILE numbering to twenty-thousand numbers. Dryden have an existing portfolio of ranges.

We had an influx of new ranges for Russia, with new MOBILE ranges updated from Rostelecom pjsc, Sberbank-Telecom and Dani Coll (Our Network).

Following a long investigation into Uzbektelecom's 99870 range last week, it was confirmed by Uzbektelecom (Uzmobile) and the regulator that all of 998 70 is moving to Mobile.
It caused some confusion for a while, but we worked with the regulator in Uzbekistan (RTMC) and TATA Communications Numbering Team to fully resolve the discrepency. At the moment the range is not yet in production, but we expect this in the coming months.
